Apartments are in a completely new residential house in the centre of Liptovský Mikuláš with an easy connection to ski centres or to Tatralandia. The house is situated in an area with an easy access to shopping and a fast food restaurant on the ground floor of a neighbouring residential house. Although the house is situated in the centre of Liptovský Mikuláš the apartment on the southwest side of the house is situated in the direction of a quiet part with a view of the Low Tatra, Liptovská Mara and Chočské vrchy.
